Sizes and Fits
The sizing is somewhat generous, running a bit larger than a standard shirt. It is pre-shrunk, so it should not shrink in the wash, as long as you follow the CustomInk Care Instructions. This
does not mean if your normal size is a medium, that you should order large.
No refunds or exchanges - We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at with details of the product and the
defect within 7 days of your receipt
You can send the defective item to: 2260 Grand Avenue, Baldwin, NY 11510. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time,
whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the
original method of payment.
Urban Life News Magazine produces (6) issues per year and is available on our website approximately every other month. Past issues will also be available for sale. When you order a subscription, your
subscription starts from the first issue you receive.
Please allow up 4-6 week for delivery of Urban Life News Magazine. Delivery time starts from the date of receipt of your payment. This doesn’t include Sundays and Holidays. New Orders and subscribers
will always receive the current month’s issue. For inmate subscribers this could take longer depending on how fast or slow your facility processes mail, this we have no control over and do not assume
responsibility for correctional facility delays.
Magazine Subscription/Single issue Refund Policy
We do not give refunds on subscriptions or back issue orders for any reason, including rejection by an institution. Our magazines are institutional friendly. However; any publication entering a
correctional facility is up to the facilities media review board. Use your own discretion.
